Quiet day today. Watching North woods law. Shooting moose . Said its yummy. I would taste it I guess. I dont know whats up w/ me but lately I would taste just about any meats that people normally eat. Like moose, buffalo YAK what else is there ? I think wild boar would be really nasty but IDK. Whats some of the "different things you guys have tried ? My uncle ate rattle snake. Said it was good. He also said you have to know how to clean them so you dont get poisoned. AKA Dont try this at home!! I had pheasant jerky, deer meat but not solid meat. like a steak. just jerky and hamburger mixed.

Let's see...have eaten elk, deer, bull balls,rattlesnake, bass roe, crawfish, lot of different fish, bison, wild hog...him that's about it I guess.

Those bison burgers were pretty good. Very tender. I was a little disappointed that it tasted a LOT like reg. hamburger .

They are much better than ground beef! Hard for smokers to taste that well.
