I just eat my avocado with either salt or like I said. Just scoop it out of the shell

I had avocados for the tortilla soup. I put some today on a turkey sandwich. These are not the best, full of brown spots.

Ugh. It is so bloody cold in this office. Was 54 when I got here. It’s gone up to the low 60s now.

Doesn’t help that shark week is playing catch up on not having happened for the past four months...super heavy :/ gah.

I'm > 100 pages behind. Will try to catch up over the next couple of days. Speaking of catching, we have to catch DW's cat and take her in for her thyroid irradiation tomorrow. Should be a lot of (no) fun, cat was already skittish but we've had to catch her twice in a week, tomorrow will be the 3rd time in 2 weeks. And I am quite sure they will want to do blood checks some time after the radiation treatment.

How was the soup Cap ?

Really good, hubby and i filled up on it. He was going to toss what was left of the chicken after 2 meals. I decided to make slop for the chickens after simmering the bones. Hubby thought it smelled so good he wanted soup for supper. So i cut up veggies and had about a cup and a half of chicken meat to add. It is really filling and sticks with you, keeps you warm.
