Granny's gone and done it again

Don't they always just guess??

No indoor cats I assume? I would like to have one but I'm quite confident that the result would be
Splat
"dang, didn't bounce"
Splat
"dang, didn't roll"
Splat
"what good are these toys anyway?"
etc.
Lol! Here is the activity level at our house. Not even allowed on the table, counter tops or the bed. But sleep on daddy's lap...oh yeah. Chicks lived in their room with them too. Cats: 0 , chicks:7

Came home yesterday and butterscotch has wry neck. So I put vitamins in the water and dipped her beak. Everyone else was acting fine. This morning my mottled Cochin pullet was dead. When I got home a silkie was dead and the mottled cockerel couldn’t walk! Butterscotch was perked up a bit and walking around. Idk what’s going on!
Did you keep one in the fridge to send for a necropcy? I can find you a link, but I'm gonna guess the USDA in Reynoldsburg is where you need to send it.

You don't see those much any more.

I usually let him put on a few pounds in the winter in case he has to stay out when it's cold. Also, our house is pretty cold. This year he has gotten too pudgy, he's really slowed down, getting old, I guess. I have cut back on the food to get him to the right "winter weight."

LMAO up here its called a "hay belly" or being "an easy keeper"

Yes. Meyers Hatchery sold them as Golden Buff, but I think their line Golden Comet, Cinnamon Queen, etc. Started laying at 41/2 months and havent slowed down yet. Sweetest bird too. Live to be cuddled and held.
sounds like the Isa brown. they are very sweet. We dont mention Cinn queens around Twist.:oops:
