not yet. Pretty sure I could "sell it' to my hide and fur man that stay's here. He buys cow and deer hides.

well part of that is probably because they actually have "flavor" compared to the 8/10 week old life span factory chicken you get in the stores no days.

I remember my GM frying them and they were delicious. Mine are aweful. I wonder, is it the difference in the feed or the cook ?

or a mix of the two would be my bet. Did she fry in lard, bacon grease, oil or Crisco??? That could make a BIG difference as well.

I am not fond of chicken. Other then in soups and stews.

some where between 500 to well over a grand to do a hide.

well, I dont know. Not oil or crisco . They never had that. If she had lard it was probably from a neighbors animal.
