People don't respect or appreciate the police like years ago. It's a lot different these days.

Well I have respect for the law. My daughter is a 911 dispatcher and I know the deputies she works with are good people. Civilization without the law? Won't work.

Good Granny, I'm just over here cracking up at your stories. I couldn't make it up the driveway tonight with all the snow and ice, I am now parked over by the neighbors barn. Just sitting around trying to warm up.

I got pulled over once by the police in Ga. They all wore cowboy hats. He though I was drunk driving. I was trying to find a truck driving parking lot and was totally lost. He had me blow in his hat so he could sniff it. He holds the hat up to me and instead of blowing I sucked air. cause I was drunk then he sniffs and asks me where I was going. He said follow me and he led me right to the place I had been looking for .

I didnt even peek outside down the drive. I let the dogs out back and one of them crapped right at the door. They think if theres snow on the ground they can poop anywhere including the deck.

So sorry you had to experience the P.O. for a year. I was there for 15, I think I would have rather been a state trooper.
