Got married at 21. Mom was telling everyone I was pregnant. I wasn’t. Had a nice church wedding. Paid $800 for a gorgeous Maggie Soterro gown. Bought my shoes on clearance. No veil. I was supposed to wear a flower crown but the florist botched it. Had my reception at the Wesley foundation to save money... wish I had done it at the church. It would’ve been nicer.

13 years in April. My grandma helped me make the flower girl's dress with lace from my mom's wedding.

I finally candled the duck eggs. Pulled 4, either clears or quitters. I’ve been trying to rotate them around the bator, but I’m not doing a great job because some are MUCH farther along than others. It’ll almost be a staggered hatch.

Below freezing this am. Brrr. Yay Thursday. Last day of work this week. Then dentist tomorrow and a follow up with the eye doc. Joy.
