I started some orange marmalade from scratch today, VERY strange recipe,
slice rind thin and then add rind, pulp and water simmer for "about" 5 minutes. cover and put in cool place for 12 to 18 hours before step 2.
I had some oranges sort of on their last legs (so to speak) so thought I would give it a try. 8 largish oranges and then 2 largish lemons (had to buy)
