Granny's gone and done it again

good evening all, well 16 , 8 oz jelly jars cooling/sealing and then a partial in the fridge.

Kitchen cleaned up and everything that can be is put back where it belongs.

Had 10 cups of pulp/rind so followed recipe and added 10 cups of sugar. and then it wasn't "jelling/thickening up even after boiling for 1/2 hour so I add a couple boxes of sure jell which the one recipe did NOT call for but the other one did. I may end up with syrup or something like a jello jiggler. only time will tell.
