Granny's gone and done it again

So the last 4 of the quail I hatched are still alive. So either it was bad stock or these four are just tougher and I have not managed to kill them.

well I "NEED" to wash my dinner dish/pan and then read until Angie gets home she wanted me to stay oopen until then for some reason.

I did yesterday. I should now.

I am going to feed some eggs to mine as well.

Oh no! If I go out there in the morning and find a dead chicken I am going to freak out. So sorry for your loss. The problem is, those bugs are hard to see and the chickens try not to look sick. Hugs dear.

I need to try and get some rest. Goodnight Star, don't blame yourself. It was the bugs that did it.

What did they die of?

Not sure. One was caught under the waterer that had been in place since before they hatched. and most were just found dead. When I put the chick in with them they stopped dying. the last one the feeder was knocked onto it by a cat and crushed it to death
