Depends on where they came from. If you make your own tortillas from corn flour, yeah you want to cook them. If you buy the preformed crunchy ones you break them into small pieces and feed them to your chickens.

evening all I got notified in the mail about my uncle's estate. Seems that he got the last laugh with the "northern mafia" gave them each a buck including his sister. NOT sure why but I am so very very tickled about that. Does that make me a "bad person" ??

Why would that guarantee no gate check? The midgrade seats have a bit more leg room but there isn't any extra overhead or under seat storage. If the plane is packed they are gonna ask people to gate check.

They can ask. But since with delta the “comfort plus” either boards with first, or right after. You’re pretty much guaranteed to get your stuff in there.
