Chickens are all acting normal. No new signs of disease or anything. Haven’t heard anything from mypetchicken to see if they’ll still ship chicks.

What kind of makes me go hmm is the way usps routes things - they’ll go right through quarantine zone. I can only hope the box keeps them safe I don’t know.

Tsc has chicks. Only news on vnd in our area is word of mouth people saying keep an eye on your flock and watch for any sick birds.

Lunch /dinner over. Tom and I both ate a big /huge bowl of soup and I filled up 2 butter dishes 48oz. 2 clabbered milk cups and I ate 2 bowls yesterday. I dare not fart.

Bought clearance roses today. I’m desperate for a haircut but I also want to go straight home and plant them. Before you ask, the pretty orange one is the middle red package. I think it’s mislabeled, no clue what it really is.

Bee class this morning was really good. Did you know worker bees are female? They live about 45 days then die of exhaustion. Seems about right...

I love roses. If I ever get the new house built I plan to put roses all around the outside. I use them to cut off access to certain areas. May have to put some along the fence for the dog area to keep a certain Yorkie from slipping out the sheep and goat fence
