Those do hurt. Had them for yrs. Only time they stop hurting is after all the tissue around them swells up from walking on them. Mornings are the worst.

The swaps are usually the third Saturday of the month. Most of the other ones are too far away.

That’s great you found it. Yeah sounds like it needs to be torn down. How much acreage do you have?

One set of papers says 6.5 another says 7.3 I think we need to get it surveyed to be sure. I am thinking we consolidate this place and a building loan into a new mortgage. Get the new place built, tear this one down and put a new one here and then sell it all and run for the north.
