Yes ma’am! It was mid80s so hot enough to swim. I got out to my knees a couple times but mostly sunbathed. Here’s another angle. I get bored and sweaty laying out, so after a while I got the umbrella. That’s a staff person sitting down. She passed her lifeguard training today! Not at our pool.

Video showed that Maximum Security impeded the advancement of other riders by drifting into other lanes in front of others cutting them off. First time in 145 yr history a dq changed the winner of the race.

didn't pay much mind on the race, it hurt too much to pay any attention, plus I didn't care much for it to begin with but mom ALWAYS had to have it on, if the TV was on the fritz, then It had to be on the radio.

Same stuff. Motrin, Advil, ibuprofen ... all the same thing. The 650 Extended Release is just more of the same in one pill. If you look at the directions, you'll see that you can take the regular strength every 4 hours but more hours for the 650s.
