Granny's gone and done it again

Drinking my 2nd cup of coffee with my lasagna, yummy. Dh left yesterday & took 2L diet cola with him leaving me with nothing but coffee to drink. Needless to say I had a hard time going to sleep last night

Went out and fed some critters, now my guts are hurting. We have relatives coming to visit on Wednesday, so more cleaning to do. Sigh. Wish I had a cleaning woman. I need to find a place to put all of these chicks. Then I might be able to clean the bathroom.

I went out and cleaned a brooder (the big one) moved the chicks over there. I had to feed the chickens straight from the van. Oh well, at least they got fed. Robert not feeling good . Crones pain. Tom helped w/ the chicks. First time I seen him catch one. I was scared he would hurt it but he sure acted like he knew what he was doing. Found a dead chick . They had ate it so I am glad I pulled these 4. By the shell it was a polish of course.
Tv dinner and some banana nut bread for dinner . bread was good. I spit the nuts in case anyone wonders .

I just got chased inside by the rain. Got a Bush planted that had been sitting in a pot. Then I started planting some New Guinea Impatients I grew from seed. 3 left to plant.
I fed the first strawberry of the year to DH, there is one for me out there ready to pick, and more ripening.

I went to Krogers yesterday I just knew they would have a strawberry cake . Boy was I fooled. I havent had one in a long time. I guess I could make my own but theirs is better.
