actually I dont think I am suposed to take either one of those. Tylenol is already in my PPs and Motrin is bad for the heart.

Have been cleaning my room tonight. Got 3 pillow cases full of clothes off the floor. If I put a pile of clothes down, the cats are determined to knock them on the floor. Tomorrow I will vacuum. Have to clean the danged bathroom too.
And I need to go to Gretna for my Rxs. Plus I have to buy chick starter, clean forgot when I was in Rural King.

Could you take Alleve? Could you soak that arm in hot water plus Epsom salts?

Im not sure how I could soak it. I cant get in/out of the tub. I dont know about alleve. I will call pharmacy tomorrow and find out. These PPs just dont help much any more.
You never said who your company is. When will they be there ?

Oh man, it's almost 1 am. I need to go to bed. Lots to do tomorrow. I bought marigolds , allisum, and phlox today. They charged me more than they were supposed to for the last 2, and my pop up tent as well. Next time I go there I will need to get that fixed.

You could fill a bucket with the hot water and Epsom salt and put your arm in elbow first.
My SIL and BIL and our niece who is getting married will all be visiting. They will be here tomorrow night for supper, and leaving in the morning.
