Nope, super cheap. Day use is $4 a person, comes with the grounds and one building. Overnight is $17 per person. Meals are $5.50, $6.50, and $7.50 a person OR kitchen rental is $70(?) a day. I can't remember prices for pool or archery, but high ropes and climbing wall are $12.50.

I think rv pads are $19 a night? Full hook ups.

Way cheaper then a motel ! and I used to like shooting pool. I could still give that a go.

our house is "older"
we had the kitchen gutted a few years back and I got "real" counter tops..the granite..ONLY because we found an awesome deal on it!

cant beat the older houses . If I could of brought my house from Detroit I would be in heaven . all tongue in groove oak flooring and door jams. the crown molding from oak. real 2x4s . real wood cabinets . solid houses. Claw foot tub is kinda missed too. everything here is pressed wood or plastic. Even the paneling

No snakes in the pool. you could only skinny wade in the pond. I used to love swimming in the river until I sat on a submerged tree and a snake swam out from under me.
