I don't understand how they can prescribe you something that contradicts your other meds. Do they even know what they are doing? There are over the counter sleep aids, but sleep is not the problem, pain is. Have you been diagnosed with depression? They are so worried about people with chronic pain becoming dependent on pain pills, but they will prescribe this type of thing that is for something else entirely? Chronic pain is chronic, a life time problem, you need help to live the same way my FIL needs dialysis to live with his dead kidneys. It boggles the mind. I do not understand the priorities here.

I think CVS checks for medicine interactions. I do have depression but am already on med. for it. This is supposed to help a lot of different things but its too strong.
