You are welcome. I used to buy a cheap test kit, you filled a small tube half full, then added the indicator solution. If it turns blue, it is alkaline, yellow is acid, green is neutral. Much cheaper than test strips I would think.

Yeah, the kit was cheap and lasted a long time. Strips are probably lots more.

I cant get any help. She is basically telling me to go down and raise some hell. I am just so tired of it all.

she recorded everything. Put an urgent message out for them to call me then said it could take from 30-60 days to return that call. They will cut me off on the 5th of next month according to the letter. She said everyone in that office can do the same thing and if they dont take care of it when I go in ask for supervisor.
oh and they never edited/recorded my correct phone # and I made a trip in for that.
