Bruce, complications, yes. He had a blood clot thats what we went to him for. He treated blockage instead. He made him lay flat for many hrs afterand even w/ morphine it wasnt touching his pain. They couldnt top the bleeding for a very long time and a man put pressure on Toms groin area for over 5 hrs. He ended up with 2 huge hematomas and no relief from the pain. They needed to do the other side and Tom refused to go back even for follow up.

With that being said, Urine dr called this am. Unfortunately theres nothing they can do to help Tom besides surgery . He is already on all the meds he can take. and more then recommended so surgery is the only option and we all know that aint happening. He will continue w/ the infections.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe we can find some herbal remedies that will help. LEGAL ones. I can check my book. Is it UTIs he keeps getting?

And that's one of the biggest reasons our health care system is so dysfunctional. Prices for procedures and medications should be made public. You are not anywhere close to being in control of your medical decisions if you don't know how much things cost and how much your insurance gets charged.

I think it would be well worth telling the doctor what you found. Someone is either highly misinformed as to the price of these things or someone needs to be investigated for fraud. I have no idea who but if the insurance company is paying $500 for a $30 unit someone needs to swing.

I got stung by a wasp today! In my driveway, walking calmly with bubba and minding my own business. It’s my first sting and it’s still super sore. I had big plans to clean but my arm was so sore that I just napped for a few hours.

I was being a big dramatic baby about it. I ran cold water and looked up remedies. All I could remember was tobacco, and I don’t have any. I made a paste of baking soda that worked. I also couldn’t find any sting relief or Benadryl. I have since gone to dollar general to restock my first aid box.

I feel for you camp! I got stung a couple years ago for the first time. AT WORK! Dang thing was in my hair and I didn't know. Pushed my bangs out of my face and BAM! My whole hand swelled up.

Have you been stung before? If your hand swelled badly, you might have become sensitized. Next time could put you into shock. That happened to one of my sister's dogs... who liked snapping at bees. First time, no big deal. Second time, half her face swelled horribly. Third time dog collapsed and sis had a heck of a time getting that beast into the car to rush to the vet. Saved her, but it was close.

HI WISHING ! Yes, retained urine causing bacterial infections.
the tens unit looked just like the picture and they are both 700s. The daughter got her licence and thats who I have been seeing. Not the mom. I got pawned off .
Im not going to get one. Dont even know if they help and frankly Im a little scared of it. Was going to try it on my foot.

Because its lemon raspberry and it takes a couple days for the raspberry to sink into the cake. Plus the lemon can be very strong the first day but mellows with time.

Continental giants, they are bigger than Flemish. Expensive too. She paid 350-400 per rabbit.

That was the first wasp sting. I had to wait over a hour to go to the school nurse to get something for it. It hurt all day.
