Granny's gone and done it again

Not yet. I’m still watching her.
Stupid question here what is done with the placenta? is it burned, buried, thrown away or fed back to the mama? Before someone gets sick, reports my question, animals in the wild eat it in some instances, and get away from it or get it away from the young because it attracts other animals, so I asked a gross question because I am curious and in reflection of the whole general objective of the web site it is valid (IE this is a animal raising website that is primarily focused to one animal but open to others and like back to nature topics because it is an extension of such so I'm sorry if you get an upset tummy after your egg salad sandwich you just ate for supper...).

If you have a LGD , they will eat it. Sometimes the does do.

I think that's odd that the lone ranger is stupid, in some of the older episodes
Tonto is a "dumb Indian" literally. He acts like Chekhov in some episodes of Star Trek acting out and plain dumb.
Well, it was just a joke. Not funny it seems. Granny lost her funny bone. Looked all over the house for it. Its just not here.

Sigh, I let the giant cochins and bantams out to free range today. The cochins went back in when it started to get dark, but the bantams found the spare D'uccle roo and wanted to join him. I finally caught all of them except one pullet that flew up on top of the roof and off into the trees, despite the fact I told her about all of the owls!

Thats a job getting them all in the right place. I remember when I had my guineas. What a mess ! Has it cooled down any for you?
It cooled down when there were storm clouds in the area. But we got no rain. Still over 80° out there! I did manage to get most of a feeder built, I need to build a lot more.
