Something or a whole bunch of somethings got into the barn last night and tore it all to hell. I had a rubber mat sitting on top of the brooder and they must of thought that was a way in cause they tore it to shreds. They pried the lids off of my critter proof garbage cans and got into all my feed. Stuff is knocked off of shelves , broken. One bag of feed was removed from the can and completely emptied. I never seen such a mess. They didnt tear into the hardware cloth though. Both chicks still alive. If its coons it has to be a ton of them.

Where is everyone today? Ran to Maysville this afternoon. Went to RK but they were out of goat minerals too. What the heck! That's 2 in a week that's been out! Went to lowes and got a couple tiles for the rabbitsto lay on. 2 2ft and 2 12" for under $3.

Can you call and ask them to order some for you?

I gave Gertrude her very last antibiotic shot tonight. I think she’s playing me again. I gave her the b shot, nothing. As soon as I stuck her, she went to hollering and trying to get away. I was talking to her. That stuff is thick, so it’s not a quick injection. She bellowed and thrashed. Then I let her go, and she ran to the back, and just stared at me. So I know it stings, but she also knows the second shot is the bad one and she was majorly playing it up.

Babies all took three bottles today, 3oz, then 2oz, then 3oz. They all come running when they see me. It’s cute right now, I’m going to regret this in six mos.

LOL no. I think it’s getting bigger. But that’s fine. She’s earned it.
