Granny's gone and done it again

Hubby made it home early, he didn't sleep last night. Came home to the usual mess.:gig
Guh. I haven’t even been able to do a groc shop all week. Haven’t gone to the gym either. Have a trainer session tomorrow. This is not going to go well.

Sunday - I decree Sunday to be the rest day anyway and hubs tore my car apart.

Monday - I had no car.

Tuesday - has to grab parts and got kidnapped for taco Tuesday with some neighbors (the awesome ones)

Wednesday - didn’t get home til ten.

Tonight. Cruise night. Doh. May still say hubs go see your friends I MUST GO

Ninja edit for cap. There are no woods. This is a kinda busy industrial area
Then you pee behind a dumpster ;)

Well you are abbi normal Twist.
Ale is good, I'm with Twist, don't give a rat's patootie about professional sports.

apparently sales rep claims it’s not the same and it won’t work right unless we get a platinum - which is two trim levels up. You kitten me right meow dude? Why is it an option on ford’s website if that’s not what it is.

Turns out, as we saw on a diesel f150 lariat the tow mirrors ARE power folding so HA someone was just trying to get us to spend $$$$$ on a “platinum” trim.
yep, there is a reason people don't hold car salespeople in high regard. I do my vehicle shopping online. No way I'm going to sit there and let some bozo try to increase his commission by goading me into things, especially when they are either totally uninformed about the product they are selling (or outright liars).

I'm not saying I need this or that but a affordable insurance that you could get at any point would be nice. Most have very short windows to even apply for and if you miss it then you are SOL.
Yep, we live in the only 1st world country where access to medical care is unaffordable or restricted to those with money or employment that includes medical insurance.

DD1 turned 26 in March and thus was tossed off DW's employer coverage. At the time she was at school in Canada and covered by insurance there. When she came home she was able to get insurance through Vermont Health Connect ONLY because she had been dropped from the prior insurance due to having had "the" birthday. So now we are paying $608/month for her insurance through this month. School starts Sept 2 and she will again be covered in Canada. She is planning to stay there next summer which is probably a good thing because she would NOT be able to get VHC insurance again starting next April because she wouldn't have one of those "life event" things. Have to sign up during the fall "sign up window". Doesn't matter that she'll have had insurance elsewhere. The only way she could have VHC coverage is if we continued to pay for it even though she would be in Canada and couldn't use it, no doctors "in network" up there, eh.

Provincial healthcare + supplemental coverage = awesome coverage and considerably cheaper than American.
