Yeah , the last 2 years have been really hard on my knees. I fell really hard down the steps and onto the wood floor. But the specialist says my bones are fine.

caught Lena busy looking for a place to go potty when we were downstairs this afternoon xboxing with both brothers. I yelled her name and she stopped. Then grabbed her and we went outside. OMG the pile she deposited would have made a great dane proud.

It makes my hands ache. I hurt it just by standing there for too long I guess. Feels like all the bones are jammed together.
