They are so cute Alley. Sorry you got hurt. The reason I promised my dad I would never get a rabbit. Rabbit scratch fever which I think causes lock jaw but dont quote me. He lost a dear friend to it.

Never heard of rabbit scratch fever. I've heard of cat scratch fever.

I've been scratched a million times. It didn't even hurt. I didn't notice until my cousin pointed it out. But picking rabbit hair out of dried cuts is no fun

I brought the heaviest furred one in, she had no matts. But I combed a lot out and cut her nails. Kept her inside a long while since it was so danged hot out. The rabbits all got chilled carrot pieces today.

12 yrs+ thats how long I have been w/o my favorite food. At this point you eat a biscuit and remember/pretend all the other stuff is there. LOL

Most of the ones I took off was around the butts. Their hair is like sheep wool.
