LOL wouldn't know as I have NEVER been late on a mortgage payment, Actually ONLY ever missed/was late on one payment in my life and that was a credit card payment.

I have had the same insurance and house for 12 yrs. I am consistently late every month. I dont know why they still get uptight about it. Checks on the 3rd Insurance due on the 5th. Thats just not happening.
