Peachy hatched her one surviving egg yesterday. I’m going to sneak my TSC chucks with her. Also, I have two fresh broodies.

Marilyn already hatched once this year. I think I’m going to name the black one Pitch. She was hatched in February and just started laying last month.

Sandhill refunded my money for the blue orpingtOne.

Guess they never could get any to hatch. They sure have had a hard time. I really respect what they are trying to do.

I am not sad. I have a lot of chickens right now, so it’s just as well.

Yes, they left couple hrs ago. Tom is sad. They helped us a lot. Put all that new stuff on the dryer but its still not working .
Jane, How old are you ? I havent had a pap in a long time although the dr I have now wanted to she sent me for a test instead. She ordered them to stick that thing up my hoo-hoo and I refused it.

Sold my last turkey I hatched this year, Andrew the jerkey turkey, 2 rabbits I had quite a while, one baby rabbit, 7 blue egg laying quail, 3 older quail hens( only 3 more of those left) and traded a young CCL rooster for a Porcelain D'uccle roo. I bought 2 rabbits, 12 chicks ( pullets for $1 each) a pair of bantam cochins for $5. Oh and 2 hen aprons.

Wow Cap, you did good. What kind of chicks did you get ? I remember long while back I bought a bunch of banty chicks for a dollar and they were the most colorful sweetest chickens !

I got Barred Rocks and Speckled Sussex. Shouldn't have any problems selling them. And they seem to get along with my Polish chick so far.
