Still raining? Maybe it won't freeze... if it does, your peppers will be pre-frozen for you. My brother freezes his peppers... usually cleans and slices them first!

that's what I do with the "rejects" and also make stuffed peppers and freeze them and of course eat them raw.

thats right. Pick them frozen and stick them in your freezer.
