Granny's gone and done it again

I was reading where SS will have a 1.6% raise come Jan. Honestly, that dont mean squat. Hey every $20.00 helps you would think but Everyone knows you got it and they all raise their rates to get a bite. Ends up costing us more then no raise at all. Med.copays will go from $2.00 to$3. as an example. When they say every penny counts they mean it. LOL I am on about 13 different meds, Roberts on a few, Tom about the same as me. so 30 scripts a month.
You all have to pay a co pay on each scrip?

Goodmorning Cap. Wish I could garden at all anymore. Water is mostly the issue.
I have a water collection system for use for my garden. Gets all the water from our roof and stores it in big 200+ gallon storage totes. But we have had little rain. Still, it does help. We are not sure how long our well will keep producing under these conditions.

I hope your day is filled with all good things
Happy Birthday my friend .

Cap, forgot to say, I checked my ph and ALL of them are a darker blue so its off the charts. My tap water was blue but not as dark. Maybe one shade lighter. The kit dont tell how much you should use to lower ph. After testing one tank we put one drop of ph down in the tube and it was instantly yellow or 6.0 Mine would be over 8.

Does your water actually taste bad? Maybe a Britta filter or something would help. There are also Crystal lite sugar free powdered mixes you can add in to make it taste better.
And/or ice. And/or just a bit of lemon or lime concentrate.

I know, that little dohickie symbol thing didn't go in the right place.
You mean this one? ñ

What do you have to lower the pH? If you can't find any instructions just do a little at a time. You don't want to drop it into the proper range all at once anyway, you'll kill the fish.
