I think Wishing, It was a you had to of been there thing. Lady showed her a few times how to do the discount.

Works a lot better when the right thing is entered into the computer system properly in the first place. Day after every holiday, stuff goes on clearance. Not rocket science. And, in my opinion, it's that manager who walked away before seeing that the checker understood how to do the mark down... she should get the blame. When a store is poorly run, it's the management that isn't doing their job. Like you said, poor girl can't help being dumb!

I am falling into a Halloween candy coma!

Still burning, but they have it mostly under control. No wind, so life is getting back to normal. Halloween was a slow affair this year, and I feel bad for the pumpkin patch folks. Evacuations ruined their business... piles of pumpkins didn't get sold. Tough year for them.

I asked the lady to stay til she finished. I didnt say anything nasty to the girl. I only complained after I got home. Robert apologized to her but I dont know why. Wasnt our fault either. I asked her to take the candy back off and forget about it. She couldnt do that either. They had NO riding chairs and I was hurting so bad. I cant keep doing this and I dont know where to turn. Tom has told me he has all but giving up. He isnt doing anything in the house now . Coffee and once in a while dishes.

Doesn't Tom have a riding chair? Robert can get in in and out of the van maybe.

Wishing, If you had a tomato plant that got leggy and you cut the stem down where there were no leaves left, would you expect it to leaf back out ?

Yes he does. It takes 2 people to lift it and it has to be lifted out the door too. It wont roll on gravel. I didnt hit any of the frozen food isles.

Wishing, If you had a tomato plant that got leggy and you cut the stem down where there were no leaves left, would you expect it to leaf back out ?

Not sure. If there's a bud, yes, but not sure if all plants will grow new leaves from just any old part of the stem.
