Granny's gone and done it again

I got the people door on for the run. It fit too well, and it's on a slant so it was jamming a bit. Not going to have to keep fighting with it, so I took it down, took it apart , cut off 1/2 inch and put it back together. I cut the boards needed for the pallets that had some missing and put them on.

And I did get the whole coop cleaned, sprayed and threw fresh shavings in there. Once it's fully dark i need to go out and powder all the chickens.
Good news, one of the Gold Laced Polish pullets laid her first egg!

25 ! Oh good Lord. Not to seem cold hearted but I hope my Shadow dont live that long. He has been in pain for a while. He is over 20 now.
I replanted the plants yet again. I wish I had tied this fern on instead of glue because it dont look right on the rock and as far as I can tell its on there for good.

All the trees on my place still have nearly all their leaves. Hope we don't get an ice storm before they fall or I'll have a lot of trees destroyed.

So thats what Texas looks like. Sure is dry. No crazy fire threats like Ca.?

Marimo ball ? (sp) Thats what Star has. extremely slow growing. Some of the plants I put down are floating already. Fish are doing good. Babies everywhere. Did you know the adult guppies puts off some type of chemical that stunts the babies ? Thats why they say do lots of water changes and why mine arent growing fast.
