He doesn’t get many days off. I’m trying to have him ask for a few Fridays, or weekdays, depending on the schedule. He starts at 6:30 on Sundays.

That's tough. Time off for moving should have been negotiated from the start. You don't exactly have a ton of time either, between kids and camp duties. Are you going to get a moving company? U-haul?

It would take me MONTHS to pack up this house on my own.

I prefer to pack things myself. The church is paying our moving expenses. I can do it, now that the kids are back in school.
