I remember my GM talking about how they never wasted a drop of a pig. She even rendered all the fat for oil and soap.

I render the fat for leaf lard and regular lard and then the rest goes off to the chickens

I gave my sick chicken some amoxicillin tonight, with vitamins. Hope she improves.

well got either 7 or 8 batches of carmel done and then fell asleep in the sucker chair for a bit, Then did my end of the month books and paid a couple bills that have been laying on my desk. I was still here before 10 pm.

Fudge day tomorrow and need to drop blue off for oil change and what not, pick up the rest of the stuff at the glass place and pay them. Make the motel payment and one other stop.

Yuri sleeping are Uncle Robert's last night, he was not allow to sleep in bed with Robert so he took the couch.
