it can be a VERY tuff piece of meat BUT also very flavorful. LOW and SLOW is usually the way to cook it OR you can smoke it.

I used your grease today for gravy. I still have about half a container. Looks like I will have to get busy and get Tom some bacon to fry. hahahaa

all my meat comes out like that. were used to it. hahaa It looks like a corned beef. Should I use the crock pot ? I dont know how to smoke anything except my cigg.

I believe that that is what they us to make corned beef after it is brined and cured.
