HONETLY I don't know, They could go with out water and the cold should be no issue BUT not being able to reach the hay or grass might cause problems

that is probably what got them back in 66 not getting to hay or feed

Ya, its gross. He got up about half hr ago and made me take all the stuff she did off and redo it the way I had it.
