Morning, Day is starting out crappy so far. Started pouring rain in the middle of the night and still at it off and on. I went to get coffee and I fell. Spilt the coffee all over my hand and arm. Luck was I didnt go all the way down or I would still be there but landed on the garbage bag Robert didnt take out last night. Boy those bags really are built"tuff"

Its few and far between. I get on a roll every 6 months or so. Mainly kitchen cleaning since other people mess it up.
Christmas was nice but stressful. Glad its over to be honest. Its been getting out of hand for years.
Me too! Although I wish the buck wold have waited a bit so I'd have march or April babies

I'm doing ok, busy as usual. Cutting back on animals outside. Oh and I messed my knee up yesterday. Cant put weight on it, cant bend it without knocking the air out of me.

Good morning everyone. I was soaking in the tub and the pup came in. So she got a bath too. Long overdue.

I never thought of that. Saves water too.
Scooter doesn't like baths, gets too squirrely, the big baby.

No nothing broke but if you remember I walked around w/ a broken hip for a long time. It had knitted back together when I got it checked.
I dont know what caused me to fall. Good thing the bag of garbage was right there in the middle of the floor to break my fall.

Oh no! Maybe wrap in an ace bandage or get a brace for a while to support it. Hope it gets better soon. Do you have an NSAID to take? Did you ice it?

I put a brace on last night and it took almost 20 minutes to get it on since I can't bend my knee. It looks normal on the outside but it feels like a big bruise. Yeah I took something, no didn't ice.

LOL Alley. My old ass coffee pot dont get hot enough to burn me anyway.
ICE will help. Stubborn like me. I had to almost fight Wishing to get ice on my back and she was right it did help.
Heat felt much better though.

Well thats true because I was sure heading that way. I think maybe thats how I twisted. Not sure. I know my wrist caught the island . Thats where the coffee was in my hand
I would take ice and heat right now if I could.
