Exactly what I was trying to describe. Longish saddles on an EE hen, but still wider and blunter than a male's.

it has saddle feathers the color of this roo and a butt like this hen. LOL
Leave it up to you to have a confused cockerel! If he's young and all the sickle feathers haven't grown large you, you will see his fluff. This one must be Scottish, because I now have an uncontrollable urge to peek under his kilt!

Here is my half EE/orp. Bossy suckers.
I have 3. Been trying to sell them but I guess we will eat them. Just finished the last of our freezer crooks.. I love eating them because I know what they were fed. I am making another batch of bone broth with their bones. I love knowing we can be self sufficient
