yep and the fact that everything is off to one side with a HUGE empty space to the right is just seeming to kick my OCD into hyper drive. THINGS MUST BE EVEN or Centered.

that is one TUFF stewing hen in the pot been stewing/simmering since early afternoon. Just added the breasts and boneless thighs a bit a go. Got all the meat off the rest of the carcass and tossed the skin back into the pot.

Went back to the doc today got more meds,got an ear infection now.and still trying to get over this sinus infection.
