I told her she needed to go back to school and learn what being autistic meant.

What’s wrong with that? There are all different degree size of autism. I thought you two were good friends.

That was part of the movie! The young man's father got under his skin and he questioned and tested the girl. And good for her, she got MAD and yelled at him (silently, with subtitles) and said it's only because men demand women to dress flashy and act flirty. You wouldn't want me if I was home in long skirts knitting mittens! She got through to him and they got married that night. I think this has been the same through the centuries... nothing ever really changes that much. It's the human condition.

Well, that may of not been all I said.
I asked her her thoughts on Robert. I was doing that SS paperwork and looking for some help. She said she thought Robert was able to live on his own and work a 40 hr job and take care of himself. I wondered/asked, How can you help Robert meet his goals if you dont see a problem? At that point it didnt have anything to do w/ SS . I thought she would be in Roberts life to help him if something were to happen to me. I was wrong.

Roberts bio father bought a dictionary that cost him well over $50.00 and said it would do Robert through school. He was 3 months old.

Do you still have it? When I was growing up, we would have discussions and have to look things up weekly. My parents were big on using the dictionary.

What did they say Wishing, If I lose power I will have 8 hrs of landline before that goes too?

That sucks. Here it lasts about 24 hrs. Depends on how many people are using the exchange I think. That's one of the fears with my dad during fire season. He doesn't have cell service either (except at the end of his long steep driveway) and when the land lines die, he's a sitting duck. I had to drive up and check on him.

My friend that bought one of my dogs wrote a book and she dedicated it to me and my husband. Her dog is a therapy dog.

Its mens stupidity. Plain and simple. Mamas, dont raise your boys like that. Let them know women have the right to do the same things men do and feel the same way. If a good looking man comes walking down the street and your w/ your son give that man a cat call if thats how you feel.
