My magazine with the article on freshwater shrimp came today. Hubby was annoyed, it cost $16. He says go to the library. They are not going to have books on that topic at our little library.

I did something in the torture chamber today. I bought grilled chicken strips, flour tortillas and shredded cheese . Made a pan of saffron rice and put it in the bottom of a umm,, brownie pan? Rolled the other stuff up and bought some sour cream and avocado that I mixed together leaving the avo chunky for the top after it baked . Is that a thing ?

Sounds like an enchilada dinner, sans the enchilada sauce. It will probably be really good.

theres 3 settings w/ 10 oz being the biggest. Thats what I used and I had to of added 6oz of creamer to try and drink it.

I don't know nuthin' bout no coffee, but can you make two 10oz servings using the same little cup? The second will be less strong, mix them together, and drink up.

Hubs does not like strong (as in acrid) super dark coffee. Maybe you can find some cups that are medium roast and it will be milder.

You might be able to request books from other libraries within your county. Makes a ton more books available that way. Still, if you found the perfect article on shrimps, good you got it. Have him put it on your birthday tab for next year!
