I am NOT impressed with the easter egger's I got last spring still laying LOTS of small/pee wee's with an occasionaly medium sized egg. I guess freezer camp is about 7 months away for them UNLESS they improve.

they make broth just as well as the old ones. Do your sales increase w/ colored eggs?

nope I usually if/when I have larges stick one in each carton until I run out of them.

I liked the blue eggs but wasnt crazy about the EEs. Cant remember the name of the one I did like. small top hat and is a land race . Can get them calico sometimes.

BUT it does seem to me that they are much EASIER to peel when you hard boil them compared to brown eggs.

Yes, still do but they quit laying. Going to be soup soon! I do have 2 young pullets.
