I think he's end stage for whatever it is. Poor baby. 20 years is a very long life.
 
When I touched him I was shocked. I dont think it was overnight but it was fairly fast. He was so fat. I used to tease he looked like week old road kill. He would lay on his back and couldnt hardly get back up. Yesterday he was meowing at me but no noise was coming out.

Make sure you are spelling it correctly. There are meds with very similar names

What's the dose on the Gaba pills?

Here's what I found for dosage. You'll need to know his weight.
5 – 10 milligrams per kilogram orally every 8 – 12 hours for chronic pain.
