For sure !!!! Starting to run out of silver linings to find.

Although with Porter gone that takes care of MANY issues in the next couple years.
He was getting towards the end of the GOOD reproductive years, not sure I could have sold him, REFUSED to entertain the thought of Freezer camp, and pretty sure I didn't have a fence that would keep him away from the girls long term.

Janet was a slacker no 2 ways about it and getting up there.

19 HONESTLY was amazing truly didn't expect a calf out of her ever and figured would be a "hamburger cow" and she had TWO bulls calves and then "saved" little orphan annie.

Sheila at least replicated herself with a heifer (Curly) and she was just plain CRAZY

Enola was "mellow" not aggressive BUT not overly friendly and her I blame myself for not doing the pg testing that year.

Star is honestly the one that "hurt" the most, so friendly and had a calf EVERY year she was here.

and they can recover/bounce back. Should one of the yaks do that
(come back from the dead) I think I would move out of the country.

You know, I have to laugh at my husband. I think he really wants a house chicken. (I don’t. If I have a chicken inside the house they’re on freakin deaths door.) so remember last week I was saying that he noticed that Buffy’s legs were a little funky? He wanted to turn her into a house chicken for that.
She’s still fully active and all...but he wanted a house chicken. Oops.
Got the castor oil on everyone last night.

As we expected, Sam was NOT impressed. None of the girls were but she was the one he had to grab and hold while I attacked her legs.

I may mix some of the castor oil with vetrx for the essential oils to deter - see how that goes. Didn’t get the pressure washer out and doing it’s thing - hubs also managed to screw my hose down there so...nice hole in there now. Oops. My fault. I’m bad with coiling the hose back up cause it’s so stiff and it got partially buried in runoff sediment from the last rains.

need to get sprayer for the permetherin anyway.

Sheriff's deputy showed today to get the SOB neighbor and his father. They didn't answer the door. I know they were home cause I saw them go out and come back. They did not go back out. The sheriff's deputy told me I can absolutely shoot the dog on my property going after my animals, kids or myself. Now to go get my shotgun out of the gun cabinet and be ready to shoot the dang dog.
