Probably on his thyroid. Depends if they looked at them and found them to be fluid filled or solid. Im surprised they didnt do fine needle aspiration and that makes me think they are not fluid filled and then yes, they will do the surgery or at least a biopsy.

well I know that they ran a camera thru his nose and down his throat. NOT sure what that is called. They had to go thru his nose because his gag reflex is so strong.

not sure how it can in less then 48 hours. Still only one case in ND

I am just guessing ok? They will probably give him something to relax him and so he wont remember but not completely out and go through his throat and remove them . Its probably messing w/ his breathing. As far as cancer they can sorta tell by just looking at them but wont really know til they send them off for biopsy.
