So did you ham get tough ? Thats how I make mine. That looks so good ! Made my mouth water. LOL Your cornbread looks very moist. crunchy crust ! Thats 16 bean soup? I havent had any in ages ! Probably since Twist sent me ham hocks. I dont have an Easter bone but pretty sure I have a Christmas ham bone in the very bottom of the freezer ! LOL

I think it was only 15 beans. It had a packet of “Cajun” flavoring. That whole pot cost us $4.

The cornbread is sweet and an online recipe. I cooked in cast iron.

I use the flavor packet from ramen noodles Just use one.
