Granny's gone and done it again

Morning all, Its just breaking dawn here. I have been up for hours. I found Tom in his chair but at least he keeps dozing . Its going to be a very long day but I am mentally prepared to accept this challenge just like others before.
I think the new meds are helping . (Can you tell ?) I caught myself singing yesterday. Good news for me, everyone else not so much. They do have a couple nasty side effects but Dr. said that will/should go away in time.
Pain clinic called and said we will do the phone appt. again. Yaaa.. 2 trips I didnt have to make ! Ok, so I admit, personally I am enjoying this staying at home stuff. I desperately needed a break.

Ugh, I discovered bugs on the chickens. Treated them last night. Also put heat on in their coop. 2 dead pullets this morning. The cockerel is still standing up.

Thanks. I need luck. I am afraid when I moved 2 pullets to the hoop coop I may have moved bugs to Turkey Town. That means I need to clean the hoop coop and treat all those birds....sigh

I bought a dozen free range brown eggs for $2.50 . I havent tried them yet. They were on sale and others like them were close to $5.00 . Why werent we charging that ?

Sooooo....BossSon is going on a social trip. He leaves Saturday and will be gone for ten days. Hurrah! And then we realize where he’s going.

He’s flying to Rochester, New York.
