I bought white zinfedel(sp) for the stew. It was real strong tasting at first but I think its going away. Still have the rest of the bottle . Not sure what to do w. it.

It'll keep forever (for cooking) I cook chicken in it for any of my chicken dishes. Just chop the chicken, throw it in the pan, pour a bit of wine on top, season and cook...

Welll. Hubs is saddened I’m giving little lorp some fertilized (we hope) eggs. “Backyard hatched chickens are ALWAYS roos!!”
Getting em tomorrow. Wondering if I should move her and the eggs to the quarantine/grow out coop or leave them where they are? It’s a bit of a leap into the nesting boxes...
