Me too. Salmon patty, chicken patty, whatever. Just put it on a bed of lettuce, add tomato and mayo or tartar sauce, ketchup, pickles or whatever, and eat with knife and fork. I feel sophisticated and elegant. Makes me eat slower too, so I feel full sooner. You're doing great! Once you get your metabolism fired up so you start losing, it gets easier. I've plateaued for now but it's okay. I feel good. Healthy, energetic, alert. I likes it!

if they are in the big pasture and I need to get them in for pouring and what not, I use my tractor / bobcat to get them into the rodeo grounds bobcat and pickup. FOR the main herd. Young ones just walking and using cattle sticks.

They are very "honorable" and will snot and nod their heads at you , giving you a chance to back up or hide behind something. Should you choose to ignore or miss the warning your going to get nailed. And they ALWAYS know exactly where their horns are.

I had/have a 4 wheeler and a side by side BUT diz and astor have managed to break them both.

Have the yaks used their scratching brush yet?
I am asking because if I was a yak, I'd be all over that! Can't stand having hair in my face and would want it brushed back. Guess I wouldn't make a good yak!

Oh reminds me. Looking at the jewelry today at walmart and the sign says they have closed and there is a camera aimed at us. Belly to be exact. So I raised my shirt to expose my belly and twirled my finger in my belly button. Im trying to be on one of their videos the people of wal mart. hahahahahaa
