Night all. I’ll have to hit the sack early tonight too. Gotta get up early to have time to mind mil’s monsters before going to work. Luckily it’s on the way(ish).

kinda sad with my neighbors. The ones with the nine dogs. They’re talking about putting down one of their golden puppies...the youngest of their pups. She’s apparently gone after one of the other dogs and when the wife tried to break them apart she went for the wife too.
I asked if they talked to the breeder to see if the breeder could help rehome (apparently she came from a reputable and good breeder) and said nope it’s after the first year. I said honestly find a rescue. She probably just needs a home where she’s an only dog and gets more attention and training. “Well she gets lots of attention!” Dude. No. She doesn’t. There’s nine dogs. They’re left to their own devices A LOT.
I just hope they can rehome her - and either way, rehome or euthanize, I hope they don’t feel the need to “replace” her.

Well. I’d say maybe they mislead the breeder to begin with and maybe they haven’t contacted the breeder at all either...so I wouldn’t throw the breeder under the bus just yet.

Going into high gear today! I need to get totally ready for these goats. I located a 100 foot roll of four foot wide hardware cloth! Much needed at this point. Need to refinish the doors today and tack down the floor I cut yesterday.
I have a Dr. appt today to arrange for different cpap gear. That will eat up a lot of time since I have to drive to Lynchburg.
