Yes shot up to date. Yes, it did bleed a fair amount, I take aspirin. I rinsed it right away with clean water and then with soap and water when I got back to the house.

You must have been a nurse or something!

If you have an aloe vera plant, put a bit of that on that puncture wound. Slice the plant open so the gel is exposed and hold it in place with a Band-Aid. It will help pull the toxins out. Puncture wounds go anaerobic and certain bacteria grow very fast in those conditions. Aloe will help. Do this right away.

It's odd how they hold their tails, almost curled upward a bit.

Well, to be honest, it's NOT natural if you get my drift.. One of the reason I left the breed. And their training methods.. If you wanted to be competitive, you needed to have a very expensive horse, a latino rider who would train and show for you. Everything else was considered a cull.

But, this is what I saw in Spain... and wanted to learn

A very slow, humane training program with these horses.

I like to cook with anchovy paste... very small amounts.
