Granny's gone and done it again

cant keep salt in my body. Drs tell me to eat salt.
I know it sounds odd, but coffee leaches salt from the body, so add a pinch of salt to your coffee. And when salt is depleted it also takes magnesium along with it. Magnesium is needed for bones (along with vit D and K2). Would also explain leg and feet cramps.

I take Vitamins D2, B Complex, K2, Magnesium Citrate (Magnesium Oxide is poorly used by the body) Black Cohash and believe it or not, Saw Palmetto daily. You can't possibly get the good stuff in a One A Day vitamin. Calcium in most vitamins (oxide form) is made from crushed rocks and also contains lead, tin, and other things not good for the body.
 
Land O Lakes for me. OFF brands are just that "off" aka most of the store type brands. Learned the hard way after tossing a couple batches of Fudge.
For eating, kerry gold is from Ireland. Yummy. Costco has a good deal on it
